Singapore is a great place to raise young children but for families new to the country, it can be tough to meet like-minded parents going through identical stages, within the same neighbourhood. Here at BubStreet, we understand and live by the saying, “it takes a village to raise a child”. 

 

Maybe you're in an unfamiliar neighbourhood and want to find playdates for your child of similar age and interests. Maybe you want to find activities to attend together with another mom/dad/guardian. This is why we created BubStreet. An App to connect families moving into a new neighbourhood or families who would have just arrived in Singapore, going through a similar phase in life.

Our vision is to also help parents make parenting easier! Finding friends & building their playdate community in their neighborhood, finding afforable (crowd-saver or discounted) events or classes to attend with the little ones (whether it be from Businesses or other Parents posting), and even building a sustainable future by passing on our preloved kids items that our Bubs out grow so quickly to the next Bub (We host Quarterly Preloved Children's clothes, shoes, toys, books events.. stay tuned in our Public Events space)!

 

We, the BubStreet founders, are really just three mums trying to solve our own problem at hand.  "We want our children to find friends in our neighbourhoods who would enjoy the same things and hopefully play, learn, and grow together.”  

 

In our best efforts to keep BubStreet safe (seeing that we have all our Bubs to protect), we have implemented a referral-only sign-up process. This means that one can only register to our App using a referral link from a parent/guardian that is already a BubStreet community member. Further, our app was designed specifically for Singapore and is region-locked.

Sign-ups via referral only is an added security measure we have in place to ensure each parent that joins is known by at least one other parent in our community.  If you don't know anyone yet and would like to get on our app, please write in to support@bubstreet.com or better yet, come join one of our upcoming BubStreet events!
